How do I view and download my transaction history?

There are a few ways to view your transaction history. 

 

  1. Click either the ‘Transactions’ or ‘Reports’ tile from the homepage.
  2. Once you’ve done that, you’ll be able to filter transactions by all locations, all charge cards, all users or live transactions. You can also choose to filter transactions by individual location, charge card or user. 
  3. Once you’ve selected the type of transaction, you can filter the dates you want to see transactions for.
  4. You can choose to view the current day, the previous day, the last 7 days, or the last 30 days of transactions. 
  5. Alternatively, you can select a custom date range by entering your own start and end date.
  6. After you’ve set the filters, you’ll be taken to a page titled ‘charge transactions’, where you can view a detailed transaction history. 
  7. This includes the names of the users or charge cards, which charge point they used, how they paid for the session, the date, connector used, session start time, charge speed, session duration, the total energy used and the invoiced amount. 
  8. If you need to save or share this information, you have the option to either print, email or download your transaction history from the top right corner of the screen.
