How do I track my energy consumption?

The Radius Charge portal makes it easy to track your energy consumption. 

1. From the homepage, click on the ‘Charge points’ tile. 
2. If you have charge points installed across multiple locations, you can select a specific location. 
3. You’ll be able to see a list of charge points at that location, simply click on the one you’d like to view. 
4. The new dashboard that appears will show you key information about the charge point. 
5. If you navigate to the top right of the screen, you will see a chart titled ‘Energy consumed’. Here you can see this charge point’s energy usage over a week, month or year, shown in kilowatt-hours. 
6. For a more detailed view, hover over any of the bars in the chart to show the specific value. 
7. You can also view the energy usage per transaction by navigating to the ‘Latest transactions’ area of the dashboard. 
8. Here you can view the latest transactions associated with your chosen charge point, including the charge speed in kilowatts and the total energy used in kilowatt-hours. 
9. By accessing this information, you can monitor the usage of your charging infrastructure effectively, track energy consumption trends, and make informed decisions to optimise your operations.
