How do I restart charge points remotely?

To restart a charge point remotely, first navigate to the charge points tile on the home screen.
From there, select your desired location.
After location, select the desired charge point you want to restart
You will be taken to the charger dashboard. Here, you can view key information, energy usage, and transactions for the charge point.
To restart the charge point, simply navigate to the charge point information block in the top left corner of the dashboard and click the ‘Restart’ button.
Clicking this will initiate the reboot process for the whole charge point unit, not the individual connectors (if applicable).
It may take a couple of minutes for your charger to show as being back online with the latest status.
