How do I see the status of my charge points?

There are a few easy ways to check the status of your charge points with the Radius Charge portal. 

1. Firstly, from the portal homepage, navigate to the charge points tile
2. Select your desired location you’d like to view
3. Select the desired charge point you’d like to view
4. The dashboard will show you key information about the charge point, an energy usage chart, and the charger's latest transactions.
5. The status of the charge point can be found in the charge point information block located in the top left of the screen. 
6. The labels show the charging status and change colour based on this. Here, the labels are green to indicate the charge point is functioning, available, and ready to be used. 
7. When a charger is in use, this will change to a purple label and if there is a fault, it will change to red. There are two labels for this charge point as it has two sockets, and we can see that this charger is online and was last seen a few seconds ago.
8. Another way to access the status of your charge points is from the charge point map tile which can be found on the homepage. 
9. From here, you can view all your charge points across all locations.
10. Your charge points are marked with a pink pin. If you click this and select ‘View more info’, you will be taken back to the charger dashboard we mentioned in the first method.
