How do I manage my account?

There are a few ways to manage your Radius Charge portal account. 

 

  1. Firstly, click on the profile image located in the top right-hand corner of the screen 
  2. A drop down menu will appear, select the option ‘profile’ to proceed.
  3. On this page, you can change your basic profile information such as your display name, banking details and can also set a new password for your account. 
  4. For an additional security measure, you can also set up multi-factor authentication. 
  5. There are more options to manage your account if you click on the ‘customer support’ tile from the main dashboard.
  6. Here, you can report any problems, request a call-back, log any invoice queries and can request training for the software if you are onboarding employees.
