There are a few ways to manage your Radius Charge portal account.
- Firstly, click on the profile image located in the top right-hand corner of the screen
- A drop down menu will appear, select the option ‘profile’ to proceed.
- On this page, you can change your basic profile information such as your display name, banking details and can also set a new password for your account.
- For an additional security measure, you can also set up multi-factor authentication.
- There are more options to manage your account if you click on the ‘customer support’ tile from the main dashboard.
- Here, you can report any problems, request a call-back, log any invoice queries and can request training for the software if you are onboarding employees.
