Work charger: How to start a charge

When logged into the Radius Charge - Home & Work app, if you have been granted access to use workplace chargers, you will see them under the 'At work' navigation tab.

1. When you navigate to the At work tab, you will first be presented with a list of locations to choose from. These will be ordered starting with your nearest location, assuming location services are switched on.
2. Once you have chosen your desired location, you will then see a list of charge points and their status
   
3. Once you plug your vehicle into the charge point, the status of the charge point will change to 'Preparing'
   
4. You will then be able to click into that charge point, and start a charge session
   
5. Once you have clicked start, the charger will show to other users as 'In use'.
   The charge point will do some initial checks inbetween the charger and vehicle, then once power delivery starts, will show a charging state
6. During this charging session, you will be able to view the total charge delivered, start time, duration and average charge rate of the session
7. You can then stop charging before the vehicle stops accepting power, by clicking the stop button on the screen.
   • Charging will automatically stop once the vehicle has reached capacity (this could be battery full, or reached any %age limits set by the manufacturer). The status will then show 'No longer charging'
8. Once you click 'Stop' on the Charging screen, or 'Finish' on the No longer charging screen, you will be presented with a 'Charge complete' screen
9. You can then click 'Home' to return to the main homepage
10. Once you unplug your vehicle, the state of the charge point will show back as available to any users with access to that location.
