- If you need to stop a charge session remotely, begin by clicking the transactions tile from the homepage and selecting the live transactions option.
- Here you can find an overview of all the live charging sessions across all charge points and locations.
- For more information, click the pink magnifying glass next to the user’s name.
- This directs you to the transaction detailed information dashboard, showing various session details such as the charge point used, duration, invoiced amount and energy consumed.
- If you navigate to the right side of the screen, there are two buttons named unlock connector and stop transaction.
- Clicking the ‘stop transaction’ button will stop the charge session immediately.
- The unlock connector button can be used for socketed chargers if the charging cable is locked in the charger and will not release.
