It’s simple to change the card reference for a charge card within the Radius Charge portal.
- Go to the homepage and click on the ‘Charge cards’ tile.
- Select the desired user/charge card that you want to update from the list and press ‘next’
- You will be directed to the charge card dashboard, which contains user information, energy usage details and the card’s latest transactions.
- Here, you can change the card reference for the charge card.
- This can help identify employees or users when managing transactions and payments.
- If you download a transaction report from the portal, this reference will show in the spreadsheet.
